Meet Coach Allie!

Coach Allie has been part of the RCVC family for 15 years – first as a player for 5 years, and now entering her 10th year as a coach. Her passion for developing athletes goes far beyond the court. She brings experience, energy, leadership, and a genuine commitment to helping each player grow in skill, confidence, and character.

From coaching every age group at RCVC to becoming the head coach at Sparkman High School, earning her master’s degree, and inspiring others as a speaker, Coach Allie is dedicated to building athletes who succeed both on and off the court.
