Meet Coach Sean!

Coach Sean brings an impressive coaching background that spans elite club volleyball, high school programs, youth development, and the United States Air Force Academy. His coaching philosophy is simple but powerful: Character Development + Player Development = Winning. He believes that when athletes grow as people first, success on the court naturally follows.

Known for his fast-paced, demanding, and highly competitive training environment, Coach Sean is passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential while building confidence, discipline, and resilience.

This season, Coach Sean will be leading our 15U age group, and we can’t wait to see the impact he’ll make on our athletes both on and off the court.
